Dear Kentucky Telco,
I was married in 1990. At that time I had my savings transferred to my wife's bank. She is a few years older than I am and had established good credit. A year or two had passed and we received a letter in the mail stating that three hundred and some odd dollars would be withdrawn from our savings account on a particular date. I went to the bank, furious of course, and demanded this not happen. They basically told me that an overdraft had occurred seven years prior, and that there are no time stipulations on checking account overdrafts and that unless I had all my check stubs, proving that it did not happen, I owed the money.
I paid it and started doing business with Ky Telco in Harrodsburg a short time after. I have always received kind prompt service and would not consider doing business any place else. I have also collected my check stubs ever since and have never had to use them :)
Sincerely,
Ben C.

Dear Kentucky Telco,
We had an account with *** Bank and we had made a very large deposit. We tried to get a personal loan with the bank to pay off a small loan. We had debit cards and they were charging us $10.50 a month for use of our debit cards. When we tried to get them to lower the fees we just kept getting transferred. So we FIRED our bank and closed out all our accounts and now we're members of Kentucky Telco!
Sincerely,

Dear Kentucky Telco,
I’ve been banking with *** Bank for 10 years. Last month I received my statement and noticed a non-descript $15 fee. I called my Bank and was told that I wrote 11 checks last month and my checking account contract only allows for 10 checks per month. I told them that I was not aware and would like a refund. I was then transferred 5 times and needless to say, never received a refund. After being a loyal bank customer for 10 years
I FIRED MY BANK!
Sincerely,
Mary P.
